Tel shifon winery

The Tel Shipon Winery is located right next to our guest cabins in Kibbutz Ortal and invites guests to enjoy an experience full of fine cuisine, a pastoral view of the vineyards and a great love of wine. The specialty of the winery is the production of varietal and blended wines, all produced in a local vintage that are grown in the vineyards located on the territory of the winery. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot are aged in French oak barrels which build the unique taste that is so characteristic of the winery’s wines

The visitor center is open every day of the week and hosts hundreds of people who come to experience the winning combination between a romantic view, good food and a glass of wine that does wonders for the soul. The winery team conducts vineyard and wine tours during which you learn about the special production process that begins with the vine and ends with a glass full of aromas and flavors

Wine and cheese tasting in the north

As part of your visit to Tel Shiphon, you can enjoy a wine pouring session and taste five different types of wines produced at the winery, accompanied by a rich and indulgent cheese palette from Basher Promeseri, salads and dips. You can take the wine you liked home and buy a variety of kosher wines at the winery shop
